Hospitality and Tourism
Te Pūkenga network partners (Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics) have worked collaboratively to develop unified programmes of study (not including programmes of industry training at this time) for the 2105 New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4).
The unified programme of study will be delivered by Te Pūkenga Institutes of Technology or Polytechnics that currently offer these qualifications from Semester 2 of 2023, subject to approval and accreditation.
We want to ensure the unified programmes of study will work for all our current and future ākonga, partners and communities. Therefore, during this socialisation phase, we are inviting you as network kaiako to provide feedback on the draft programmes. This gives you an early opportunity to view the draft programmes and consider how well they align with your current programmes.
Please note that wider engagement with ākonga, kaimahi, industry and community partners will happen later, once we have responded to your feedback on these draft programmes.
Programme socialisation documentation and feedback
Please note that Socialisation for these programmes closed at midday on Monday 23 January. There will be an opportunity to provide feedback during the Consultation phase from 8 February to 8 March.
