Pet Grooming strand of New Zealand Certificate in Animal Management (Level 4) programme
Programme documentation and feedback
Te Pūkenga network partners (Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics) have worked collaboratively to develop the Pet Grooming strand of the following Animal Management qualification:
- 2489 New Zealand Certificate in Animal Management (Level 4) with strands in Canine Behaviour and Training; Companion Animals; Fish, Amphibians and Reptiles; Zookeeping and Pet Grooming.
*Please note that the Canine Behaviour and Training; Companion Animals; and Zookeeping strands have already been consulted on and submitted to NZQA for approval and accreditation.
The Pet Grooming strand will be available for Te Pūkenga partners to deliver from Semester 2, 2023, subject to approval and accreditation.
We want to ensure that this strand of the programme will work for our partners, therefore we invite you to provide feedback on the draft strand documentation.
